The OPEN BRIDGE PARTNERS project was created after many years of experience gained in the field. In a world where innovation and sustainability force companies to rethink or even quickly change their business models, we are convinced that internationalization is one of the most stable and effective ways to consolidate and increase a company’s competitive position. We tackle the challenges of opening new markets and supporting our clients step by step, basing our work on mutual trust, and creating interpersonal relationships based on listening, constructive communication and knowledge. Our Mission

We outline and share coherent lines of action, and prepare and then plan the roadmap for entering the new market. We work to achieve the goals and results shared with our clients. Management

Emilio Nava

He graduated in Management Engineering at the Politecnico di Milano.

He has worked in as a manager with gradually increasing responsibilities in Italy and abroad, in multinational companies active in a wide range of sectors as well as in small and medium-sized firms, typical of the Italian industrial network.

Expert in Management Control, Accounting & Finance and Strategic Planning and Development of Innovative Projects, he has been responsible for and director of foreign commercial branches in China and Italy. He deals with Internationalization and Business Management Consulting. He has experience in sectors such as mechatronics, fashion & textiles, food supplements, cosmetics and FMCG and carries out training activities. He has a deep knowledge of Direct Selling, Multi-Level Marketing and the dynamics of distribution channels.

His work has always been oriented towards achieving excellent results. He strongly believes that “the success that any business initiative can achieve is directly proportional to the value, passion and commitment of the people involved”. That is why he takes great care in selecting the collaborators with the best skills and knowledge for every project he is involved in.

He lives in Italy with Laura and their two little children. He is a passionate cyclist.

Pavlo Polishchuk

He studied in several European universities in Poland, Italy and United Kingdom and graduated in Philosophy and Psychology.

He has gained professional experience in multinational companies in the medical, electromechanical, cosmetic and dietary supplement sectors in Poland and abroad. He worked as General Manager and CEO. He introduced and managed international companies into new markets.

Since 2010 he has also been running his own business, providing wide-ranging business consulting services in the various B2B/B2C markets and in Multi-Level Marketing. To date he has signed sales contracts worth 100 million euros.

For Pavlo Polishchuk, the most important value to achieve great results is always to be found in the human being. He loves human contact and approaches every client and business partner personally. He supports clients concretely with a constant physical presence throughout their business development. An excellent knowledge of five foreign languages as well as an open mind, a European culture and continual attention to the client allow him to take effective actions to optimize business processes and maximize results.

In his private life he is a loving husband and father.
